Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 3. Add the following notes to the grading plan notes: · "The contractor shall remove the fine materials from the bottom of the detention/retention basin and scarify the basin bottom once the construction activities are completed in order to remove any fine material build up caused by construction and to restore soil percolation." · "Any engineering work to be done below grade (i.e. toe-downs, cutoff walls, drainage pipes/structures, etc.) shall not be back filled until Development Services Inspector inspects the work and approves it." 4. List administrative address/site address on plans. 5. List all Cut and Fill quantities in cubic yards. If both are 0 cy, please list. Also indicate the area of disturbance in acres or square feet on the grading plan. 6. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information once site and grading plans have been approved. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: 1. Show, on the site map, directions of stormwater flow (e.g., use arrows to show which ways stormwater will flow) and approximate slopes anticipated after major grading activities. (Part IV.C.3.a) 2. Show, on the site map, locations of structural and nonstructural controls identified in the SWPPP. (Part IV.C.3.c) 3. Show, on the site map, locations where stormwater discharges to a surface water (including ephemeral waters or dry washes) and to MS4s. (Part IV.C.3.g) 4. Provide a note specifying that any concrete washout location will comply with the Aquifer Protection Program General Permit.
