SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the Site Plan and Floodplain Use Permit for the construction of the carport and front porch for the above referenced property. Engineering Division recommends approval of the Site Plan and Floodplain Use Permit at this time.
CONDITIONS OF PERMIT:

1) The associated improvements are with permit activity number T08OT00043 (Floodplain Use Permit) and T07BU02231 (site plans).
2) The applicant attests to the fact that the plans and documents submitted represent all of the improvements that will be done to the existing building, and that all additions, improvements or repairs to the building are included in the construction plans and/or documents herewith. No other improvements, repairs, reconstruction, additions or remodeling have been made to the structure that is not indicated in the attached plans and/or documents.
3) This permit is specific to the improvements specified as construction of the carport and front porch as shown on this plan. It shall not apply to any other structure or property, whether attached or unattached, not specified under this permit.
4) Copies of the improvement plans/permit documents shall be kept in a readily accessible location on site at all times.
