| 03/28/2008 | DAVID RIVERA | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | Development Services Department Zoning Review Section 03/28/2008 David Rivera Principal Planner Comments: 1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time. 2. Two remaining issues must be addressed prior to zoning approval of the grading plan. a. The truncated domes for the access aisle for the single H.C parking space must be added to the plan. The rqamps and slopes must be drawn and labeled. b. While the approved plan has been included with the grading plan package the other remaining issue is the crosswalk from the front building to the dumpster. The sidewalk has been placed directly behind a parking space. The crosswalk must be relocated to provid a safer route to the dumpster location. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved development plan. |
