1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the revised grading plan (T07BU02153), Drainage Statement (L.E.A.D.S., Inc., 20AUG07 revised 15JAN08, 08MAY08), Geotechnical Investigation Report (Foree&Vann, Inc, 23MAY07 and addendum 13NOV07) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (L.E.A.D.S., Inc., 22JAN08 revised 23APR08) for the above referenced property. Engineering Division recommends approval of the grading plan and SWPPP at this time.

1) Review and approval from TDOT Permits and Codes for all improvements within the public right-of-way will be required. A right-of-way use permit application will be required prior to construction. Refer to the following links for TDOT Forms and applications:

2) Part IV.F: Include a signed NOI and ADEQ authorization prior to construction and calling in a pre-construction meeting with the grading inspector. The signed NOI is required to be within a copy of each SWPPP and must be presented to the grading inspector prior to the pre-construction meeting.
