The wall plans indicate that the drainage openings must be coordinated with the site and grading plans. Include a copy of the approved grading plan with the wall plans. 2. The approved site and grading plans indicate a floodplain along the drainage easement. Provide a floodplain application use permit for all development within the delineated floodplain. Include a hydrology/hydraulics report. The floodplain use permit review fee for this project will be a minimum of $200. (Floodplain permit review fee of $50 and report review fee of a minimum of $150.) 3. Provide in the drainage report specific design details for the required wall openings. The hydrology/hydraulics report must provide sufficient calculations to demonstrate that there will be no adverse impact. 4. If the floodplain delineation indicates that the floodplain impacts the structures, a separate floodplain use permit will be required for each affected structure. 5. Additional comments may be forthcoming once the required documentation is submitted. |
