In the narrative indicate the datum used for the water surface elevations (WSE), either NGVD 1929 or NAVD 1988. In the response letter indicate what page this information can be found. SMDDFM 2.3.1.4.C. This comment is from the site plan review and has not been addressed. The response to this comment was the datum was added to section 3 of the drainage report. This information was not provided. Provide the requested information in the drainage report, highlight the area in the report and in the response letter indicate where the datum can be found. 2. Correlate the cross-sections provided on the existing and proposed drainage map to the pre and post HEC-RAS spreadsheets and the pre and post profiles. |
