However, since this project was reviewed the last time, a new construction general permit was issued by the State of Arizona, Department of Environmental Quality. Revise the SWPPP to be consistent with the construction general permit. Please obtain the SWPPP checklist from ADEQ and submit a completed checklist along with the revised SWPPP. Indicate in the checklist specifically how and where each checklist item has been addressed. Also provide an updated authorization from ADEQ.
