RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: GRADING PLAN


1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal.

2. Provide the grading plan activity number on each sheet in the lower right hand corner.

3. Provide sight visibility triangles in the required locations.

4. Show roof drainage (flow arrows). DS 2-02.2.1.A.16.

5. Show the grading limits on the plan. See the Development Standard 11-01.9. for the required setbacks.

6. Show more finish grades on the plan. Drainage patterns must be readily definable in all areas. DS 2-02.2.1.A.16.

7. Add a general note; Call for a Pre-construction meeting prior to start of earthwork. To schedule a DSD Pre-construction meeting, SWPPP inspection or general Engineering Inspections, call IVR (740-6970), or schedule with a Customer Service Representative at the Development Services Department, or contact DSD Engineering at 791-5550 extension 2101, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html

8. Provide the area of disturbance.

9. Identify on sheet S-04 the abbreviations; FC, FP, HP.

10. On sheet S-04 provide the datum for the elevations.

11. There is a call out for type 2 scuppers with a leader arrow pointing to a symbol that appears to be a scupper. This symbol is provided in more than 30 locations on the site. It seems excessive to provide over 30 scuppers through out the site. Clarify and revise the site plan appropriately.

12. Provide the location of the roof/rain gutters and a detail.

13. Provide a cross section of the north, south, east and west boundary of the site. Provide dimensions, elevations and label appropriately.

14. Please note that subsequent comments may be necessary upon resubmittal, depending on the nature and extent of revisions that occur to the plans.
