Harrison Road Grading Plan T07BU01747 (First Review) T14S, R15E, Section 15 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Report (DR) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. Add the basin(s) maintenance responsibility note per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2 to the GP. 3. List the Grading plan (T07BU01747) and the Site plan (T07CM03498) number on all sheets. 4. Show cross section with transverse and longitudinal slopes. 5. Curb and Gutter elevation include drainage flow with percent slope. 6. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information. 7. Show the 100-year flood peak discharge. 8. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line. Show on all details and cross-sections. 9. Drainage patterns with percent slopes (Show patterns within the first 100 feet from the property line). 10. Call out peak discharges entering and exiting the site. 11. Move the basin maint. ramp to the west in order for the service not to run over the rip-rap. 12. The door or access to the refuse enclosure on the detail, F/2, is shown on the opposite side of where it is shown on the plan view on sheet 3. Revise as necessary. 13. Resubmit 3 copies of the grading plan when all comments have been addressed. Drainage report: 1. The DR has been accepted by engineering. However resubmit the reports along with the corrected copies of the grading plan. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: 1. The SWPPP has been accepted by engineering.
