Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time.

2. Apparently there has been additional site inspections by Lee Ray Hanley Chief Building Inspector with regards to the disabled parking spaces. The recent inspections led to allow the existing disabled parking to be left as constructed and a as built drawing was to be provided. While it is not totally clear on the as built conditons that Lee Ray saw, I have deferred to his site inspection and his requirements. The next grading plan submittal should have all the as built conditions as Lee Ray requested. The plan will then be reviewed and presented to Lee Ray for his concurrence and eventual approval by Zoning.

Any questions related to ADA should be referred to Ron Brown and Lee Ray Hanley.

3. The van accessible spaces must be clearly annotated.

Grading Plan Comments for St. Joseph's Hospital T07BU01681:

1- The revised structures are shown as built, which is not acceptable. The revisions shall be shown as proposed and called out as such. Additionally, the correct revision number shall be called out next to all proposed revisions.
2- It appears that some of the revision number call outs are shown incorrectly (e.g. Revision Number 8 is described as "grading and handicapped parking revision" yet it is shown next to the proposed retaining wall cross section Detail 5/C-4, etc.). Check all revision numbers call outs to ensure they are placed to describe the correct revision.
3- The proposed revisions shall be shown on the previously approved and stamped grading plan.
