SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the revised site plan (T07CM02637) and grading plan (T07BU01624) for the above referenced property. Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the site plan and grading plan revisions at this time. The following item must be addressed prior to site plan or grading plan stamped approval:

GENERAL COMMENTS:

Please provide the documented approval from TDOT for the landscaping in the right-of-way. Engineering Division will stamp the site plan and grading plan approved once the documentation is provided. For expedite purposes the site plan and grading plan sheets can be stamped at the counter. Prior to resubmitting have the permit counter open another work flow and call to make an appointment with me for counter approval.

If you have any questions or to schedule the appointment I can be reached at 837-4929.
