The following items need to be addressed: GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.15: Revise Detail 3 on Sheet C-6 to provide the dimension for the concrete cut off wall at the proposed headwall location. Per Standard Detail 313 the cut off wall must be dimensioned on the construction plans. 2) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.8: Revise the grading plan to call out the minimum 3-foot radii at all back-up spur locations. 3) Provide a cross-section with detail for the transition of the rock riprap into the existing concrete headwall located along the north property line. Provide spot elevations to ensure positive drainage. 4) Review and approval from TDOT Permits and Codes for all improvements within the public right-of-way will be required. A right-of-way use permit application will be required prior to construction. Refer to the following links for TDOT Forms and applications: a) http://www.tucsonaz.gov/dsd/Forms_Fees___Maps/Applications/applications.html / b) http://www.dot.ci.tucson.az.us/engineering/pia.php c) Or contact Steve Tineo at 741-3115 for all additional questions regarding r-o-w.
