Church Grading Plan Revision T07BU01593 (Seond Review) T13S, R15E, Section 33 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan Revision The Grading Plan Revision (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. It appears that the following comments have not been addressed per the latest submittal. The comments must be addressed prior to the next submittal. 3. The GP calls out in keynote no. 7 that a dumpster pad for curbside service will be used, but the plan itself shows a refuse enclosure without the keynote. Curbside service must be approved by Andy Vera at Enviromental Sevices. Obtain and provide documentation for the curbside service. 4. Provide a detail of the proposed dumpster pad or a detail of the standard refuse enclosure. 5. Add the following notes to the grading plan notes: " "The approved Grading Plan is the only acceptable construction plan onsite. The Contractor may not use any other plans, such as the approved Tentative Plat and/or Development Plan, for construction purposes. The Contractor may ask the Development Services Inspector to consult with the other approved plans for additional information or details that might not be included on the approved grading plan but needed for completion of work." " "The contractor shall remove the fine materials from the bottom of the detention/retention basin and scarify the basin bottom once the construction activities are completed in order to remove any fine material build up caused by construction and to restore soil percolation." " "Any engineering work to be done below grade (i.e. toe-downs, cutoff walls, drainage pipes/structures, etc.) shall not be back filled until Development Services Inspector inspects the work and approves it." 6. All handicapped parking spaces and access aisles shall be no greater than 2% slope (50:1) in all directions per ADA standards. Revise as necessary.
