RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: THREE COPIES OF THE GRADING PLAN & SWPPP, TWO COPIES OF THE DRAINAGE REPORT

APPROVED: GEOTECHNICIAL REPORT, DRAINAGE REPORT

1. Two copies of the CDRC stamped approved development plan must be submitted with 3 copies of the grading plan.

2. The Development Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Development Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Development Plan and Grading Plan must match.

3. Provide erosion control measures at the down stream outlet of the spillway into the basin.

The above comment is from the first review and has not adequately been addressed. Detail 12 on sheet GP3 shows the basin maintenance ramp constructed with 6" D50 rock 18" thick. How will a vehicle utilize the ramp? The intent of the comment was to provide erosion protection at the base of the ramp. Provide a ramp with a surface where a maintenance vehicle can utilize it and provide either a splash pad or rock rip rap at the base of the ramp.

SWPPP COMMENTS

1. Once the grading plan is close to approval submit 3 copies of the SWPPP and grading plan.

2. The Owner and Operator (1) certification statement needs to be signed prior to approval of the SWPPP. This assures the City of Tucson prior to issuance of a grading permit that there is a designated responsible party for the SWPPP. Provide signatures on all three SWPPPs from the developer.

The above comment is from the first review and has not adequately been addressed. A certification statement separate from the NOI must be provided in the SWPPP booklet. Revise appropriately.

Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time.

2. While zoning acknowledges that the grading plan is in substantial zoning compliance as it relates to the Zoning review purview, with the unapproved version of the development plan, the grading plan cannot be approved at this time.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped development plan. Additional comments could be forthcoming.

4. Please ensure that the grading plan matches the CDC approved and stamped development plan.

5. The required development plan with landscape and NPPO plans that must be included with the grading plan package and must be the CDRC approved and stamped set, two copies of each are required.
