The location of the public sidewalk along the the southside of the subdivision, more specifc next to lot 10, has been drawn on private property. The public sidewalk must be within the public right of way. If the sidewalk is to remain in the location as drawn, an easememt granting public access over private property will be required prior to approval of the the grading plan. Milton Road is a public street and information from the COT Real Estate Department for the this easement may obtained from Jim Rossi. |
