Address the following comments and submit a revised site plan for review. Include a letter that details how each comment has been addressed. Drainage Report Comments: 1. The drainage report is accepted. Site Plan/Grading Plan Comments: 2. The SWPPP will be approved when the grading plan is approved. Revise the SWPPP as necessary if the site and grading plans are revised. Include the SWPPPs with the next submittal. Note that the Construction General Permit has been superseded by a permit issued on February 29, 2008. Revise the SWPPP to be consistent with the new permit. 3. Revise site plan keynote 7 or detail C/4 to provide a consistent sidewalk width. The note indicates a 4-foot sidewalk width, which is the minimum required, while the detail indicates a 6-foot sidewalk width. 4. Revise detail B/5 to be consistent with the plan view. The plan view indicates a 16-foot pavement width and a barricade railing. The plan view and detail must agree. Check all details for consistency with the main plan view. 5. Revise the location of truncated domes on detail E/4 so that they only appear at the interface between vehicle use areas and pedestrian areas where there is no vertical separation. Add truncated domes along the sides of the drop-off drive as well. Add truncated domes where the sidewalk crosses the driveway. 6. Provide spot grades in the Detention Basin Section (B/5) that is consistent with the site and grading plans.
