RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan.

The Grading Plan (GP)) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:
1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP.
2. Show refuse container location, size, and access thereto fully dimensioned per D.S. 2-02.2.1.32 and D.S. 6-01.0. The position of the refuse enclosure indicates that the service vehicle will have to reverse in excess of 120 feet to exit the property. This is three times the distance allowed of 40' maximum reverse distance. Revise as required.
3. Show refuse container location, size, and access thereto fully dimensioned per D.S. 2-02.2.1.32 and D.S. 6-01.0. The refuse enclosure is properly dimensioned, however, access to the dumpter does not meet COT standard. See comment no. 2.
4. An hourly review fee for the third grading plan submittal and review may be accessed depending on the correctness of the revisions. All third submittals will charged an hourly review rate of $75.00 per City of Tucson Development Services Department.

Drainage report:
1. The DR has been accepted by Engineering. Re-submit the DR along with the corrected copies of the Grading Plan.

Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP has been accepted by Engineering. Re-submit the SWPPP along with the corrected copies of the Grading Plan.
