RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan.

The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:
1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP.
2. The fill slopes shown on the plan cannot be located outside the project boundary limits (property line) without a slope easement. Revise as required.
3. Revise the cut and fill quantities.

Drainage report:
1. The DR has been accepted by Engineering. Re-submit the DR along with the corrected copies of the Grading Plan.

Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP certifications must be signed prior to complete approval.
2. The SWPPP is a dynamic document, insert blank pages into the report where any changes in field may be recorded.
3. Insert the SWPPP control (BMP) plan (24"x36") into a folder into the report.
4. The SWPPP has been conditionally approved by Engineering. Re-submit the SWPPP along with the corrected copies of the Grading Plan.
