The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Section comments or concerns have been addressed. While the grading plans appear to be in complaince with the site plan in for review the site plan has not been approved by all DSD reviewers. 2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the DSD approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming. 4. Label the maximum slope allowed for handicapped parking spaces and access aisle that serves the parking spaces. The maximum slope allowed per ANSI section 503.4 is 1:48 (2%). Label the slope on the handicapped parking space detail and access aisle. 5. Zoning is willing to review and approve the grading plan (if possible) over the counter once the CDRC approved and stamped development plan is included with the next grading plan submittal.
