Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the grading plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Provide a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the site plan. Grading Plan: 1. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 2. Add the following notes to the grading plan notes: ยท "The approved Grading Plan is the only acceptable construction plan onsite. The Contractor may not use any other plans, such as the approved Tentative Plat and/or Development Plan, for construction purposes. The Contractor may ask the Development Services Inspector to consult with the other approved plans for additional information or details that might not be included on the approved grading plan but needed for completion of work." 3. Provide the grading plan number in the lower right corner of each sheet that pertains to the grading. In this case both site and grading information is provided within the multiple sheets. Include site plan number at the lower right hand corner of the sheet as well. 4. Provide legend and show all symbols in the legend for C1.1. 5. List all Cut and Fill quantities in cubic yards on grading sheet. 6. Show cross section with transverse and longitudinal slopes. Provide label for the rip rap cross section - call out on plan accordingly. 7. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information. 8. Call out all slopes and stabilization material (concrete, riprap, gabbions or vegetation). 9. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line. 10. Flow arrows, grades and flow rates within and adjacent to site to show drainage scheme. 11. Call out peak discharges entering and exiting the site. 12. Revise trash enclosure to meet minimum standard requirements. See attached detail for specific detail information. 13.
