This includes at the H.C. access aisle that transitions from the sidewalk onto the aisle. |

A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match. 3. Provide the grading plan activity number on each sheet in the lower right hand corner. 4. Provide sight visibility triangles in the required locations. 5. Show roof drainage (flow arrows). DS 2-02.2.1.A.16. 6. Show locations of roof down spouts and gutters. Provide appropriate erosion control measures at surface. 7. Stormwater must be accepted and released from developments essentially at the same locations, and with the same magnitudes, as encountered under natural or existing conditions. Revise site plan/grading plan to show positive drainage to the landscape borders in effort to promote water harvesting areas. The natural grade of the overall site is to the northwest. The plan at minimum must demonstrate positive drainage to the northwest corner of the site. SMDDFM 12.5 8. Show the grading limits on the plan. See the Development Standard 11-01.9. for the required setbacks. 9. Show more finish grades on the plan. Drainage patterns must be readily definable in all areas. DS 2-02.2.1.A.16. 10. Indicate the datum used for the provided elevations either; NGVD 1929 or NAVD 1988. Show on both sheets, C1.0 and C1.1. 11. Provide offsite spot elevations. 12.
