The submitted plan package had the site and grading plan with comments addressing the site plan. However the site application card was not submitted. Consequently a formal review of the site plan was not conducted. If a site plan review was intended to be concurrent with the first grading review, the site plan application should have been submitted with the plan package. When the site plan application is submitted a new workflow in Permit Plus is generated and the workflow allows the reviewer to submit comments and/or approve/deny the plan. I completed an informal review of the site plan, but I will not be able to input my site plan review results until the site application with the site plan has been correctly submitted. 2. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 3. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match. 4.
