4. Provide elevations, dimensions and structural details for all proposed retaining walls, between Lots 72-78, 79-82, and 83 & 84, shown on Sheet 2 of 5. Will the walls be waterproofed? Please be advised that structural review might be required.
5. Will the walls, shown in Details E/5, F/5, G/5 and H/5, be waterproofed?
6. Provide the thickness, dimensions and structural details of the proposed gunite bank protection shown in Details 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, on Sheet 3 of 5. Provide the depths of the proposed toe downs.
7. Provide the dimensions and structural details of the proposed wall between Lots 84-89, shown on Sheet 3 of 5. Will the wall be waterproofed?
8. Provide elevations, dimensions and structural details for all proposed retaining walls, between Lots 90-94, 95-99, and 100 & 101, shown on Sheet 4 of 5. Will the walls be floodproofed? Please be advised that structural review might be required.

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections.

2. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
