A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match. 3. The grading plan now shows off site work on the southeast side of the property. Be advised written permission form the owner and a temporary construction easement will be required for the off site work. Provide appropriate documentation with the next submittal and include the recordation data on the grading plan. Add new 10' temporary construction easement shown on last submitted site plan on the grading plan. This comment will continue to be made until resolved; see site plan comment dated 8.27.07. 4. (Complied) 5. Provide in a general note the area of disturbance. (Complied) This comment is from the previous review and depending on the result of the site plan comment and the above comment # 3 the area of disturbance may increase. If the temporary construction easement has work related to this project the area must be included in the area of disturbance. Revise appropriately.
