1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. In addition, we could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with a site plan for this site approved by Zoning Review. Once the site plan is approved, please submit two copies of the approved and stamped Site Plan, Landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. The site plan sheets are not stamped. Only the cover sheet is stamped. We must have the stamped approved site plans.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the revised grading plan (T07BU00958), drainage report (Castro Engineering, Corp, 03APR07), and Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan (Castro Engineering Corp, 26SEP07), for the above referenced property. Engineering Division recommends approval of the grading plan and Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan (SWPPP) at this time.
