Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: THREE COPIES OF THE GRADING PLAN AND SWPPP. DRAINAGE REPORT: APPROVED 1. Remove the verbiage, "20.0' PAAL," from the street cross section found on sheet 2. 2. Provide the recordation data (docket and page) for the public utility easements. Second request. 3. It appears that project may be in violation of the differential grading requirements of the development standard 11-01.8.1.A. Fills of greater than 2 feet may not be placed in the outer 100 feet of the project. Revise the proposed FFEs or provide proposed pad grades that comply with the development standard. 4. There appears to be a ponding issue at the back of lot 7 and the water surface elevation of the proposed channel. Revise the grading plan to correct the problem. SWPPP COMMENTS 1. Provide 3 copies of the SWPPPs with the next submittal. |
