Please submit one copy of the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. Please revise the grading plan and SWPPP to address the following comments. It is understood that the Development Plan has been revised and that the revisions will be reflected on the next grading plan submitted. Grading Plan Comments 1. Include a copy of the stamped approved tentative plat. Additional comments may be forthcoming once the approved tentative plat is compared to the grading plan. 2. Add a note indicating the area of the subdivision and the area to be graded. 3. Add the grading plan activity number, T07BU00727 to each sheet of the grading plan. 4. Provide the correct reference in the callout for the scupper detail in the southwest corner of the project. Confirm that all of the other callouts and references are correct. 5. The proposed grades around the water harvesting area adjacent to lot 42 do not appear to be consistent. Check and revise these grades and other grades throughout the site. 6. Provide proposed spot elevations and slope information for common area c-2 or indicate that it is not to be disturbed. SWPPP Comments The SWPPP will be approved when the grading plan is approved.
