Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted grading plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The drainage report was reviewed for grading plan purposes only. The following items need to be addressed: GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: Be advised that grading plan can not be approved prior to Development Plan approval. 1) DS Sec.2-05.2.4.T: The refuse vehicle must have a maximum back-up distance of 40-feet and can not back-up into or over a pedestrian circulation. Per the last submitted development plan the refuse vehicle has to back up greater than the allowed 40-foot distance and will be required to back into one lane of a 24-foot ingress egress easement. A Development Standard Modification Request (DSMR) is required in order to approve the proposed maneuverability. It is acknowledge that a DSMR has been submitted for review. Once the DSMR is approved resubmit the Development Plan and grading plan for approval. 2) Provide the approved DSMR Case Number on the grading plan in the lower right hand corner next to the grading plan activity number. 3) Provide the last submitted Drainage Report (Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc, 14JUL07), last approved Drainage Report for Bay Colony Technology Center, Lots 3 and 13 (CMG Drainage Engineering, Inc, 18SEP02), and Geotechnical Investigation Report (Forsee&Vann, Inc, 16FEB06) for record keeping purposes with the next submittal. 4) Provide at minimum 3 copies of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc, JULY 2007) at the resubmittal. One for records one for the DSD Engineering Inspector and the other one that will be required to be posted at the job site. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide the approved DSMR for the refuse vehicle maneuverability, a copy of the approved Development Plan, a revised grading plan and 3 copies of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan at resubmittal.
