The grading plan shows a PAAL width at less than 12' at both one way secured entries on the west side. To reduce a PAAL width requires a Board of Adjustment variance, as PAALs are also addressed in the Land Use Code. Please revise the grading plan to ensure the PAAL width is 12' minimum.
