2. staff is double checking the amount of handicapped parking required for this project, per 2003 IBC. once a determination is made as to whether sufficient handicapped parking has been provided, further review on the grading plan can continue. Be advised, should further handicapped parking be required, - at least a minimum core staff review of a revised development plan is needed.

3. it appears required curbing (to protect landscaping from vehicular use area) is missing from the north part of the parking lot on page C-4 - see the islands near the far north PAAL. curbing should be all the way around islands. Check throughout the site - thickend pavement edge is not a permitted substitute for a curb requirement.

4. show curb at east end of parking lot on sheet C-5 - a curb is needed to separate the vehicle use are from unimproved property.

5. show curb at east end of parking lot at sheet C-2 as well.

6. until corrections are done and NPPO is approved, zoning cannot approve the grading plans.
