1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal.

2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match.

5. Indicate building downspouts. Add note, "All roof spouts will be routed under any adjacent sidewalk." Graphically indicate downspouts and sidewalk scuppers on grading plan. Show how roof flows will be routed to cisterns for water harvesting on the grading plan for easy reference of inspectors.

9. Modify water-harvesting area to be 6" in depth. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting"

12. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information.
13. Please note that subsequent comments may be necessary upon resubmittal, depending on the nature and extent of revisions that occur to the plans.

14. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line. Indicate area of grading and clearly indicate that minimum 2' setback is being met.

15. Verify that all construction related information is provided on the grading plan for inspector to reference. Specifically, sidewalk widths, curb returns radii. After reviewing grading plan it seems that a lot of the information is available on the site plan. It is not necessary to transfer all of the General notes.

16. Add detail or note: Per Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the truncated domes instead of the standard grooves that are shown on COT SD 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, all wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with COT SD 207.

17. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on the information provided on next submittal.
