The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. Add a detail(s) drawings and keynotes to the grading plan that demonstrates that truncates domes are to be placed at the following locations. a. At all sidewalk loctions where the sidewalk area transitions onto the handicapped access ailse. Typical 3 locations. b. An access ramp with truncated domes is required at the crosswalk connection bewteen the buildings. c. If the pedestrian refuge is part of the accessible route technically the crosshatched along the north side of the east building must be provided with truncated domes. d. See ANSI section 406.12 for more info on truncated dome placement. e. Label the slope of both the access aisle and disbled parking spaces. Maximum slope allowed is 2%. Also label the slope of the access ramps. 2. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure that all zoning comments have been addressed. 3. A site card with DSD approvals by Fire, Zoning, Handi-cap, Engineering, and Landscape/NPPO including the approved development plan stamped for site plan approval and signatures is required before the grading plan can be approved by Zoning. Two copies of the approved development plan, landscape and NPPO plans are to be submitted with the grading plans packet for processing and approval as a site plan. No fees are involved in re-stamping the development/tentative plat plans as an approved site plan. The development plan may be walked through for stamps and site card sign off. Submit the following: two copies of the stamped development plan, landscape and NPPO plans must be included with the grading plans packet processed together for site approval. |

Show the interface between the pavement edge and the spillway. Provide cross sections to show the depth of the spillways and the connections to the channel. Provide a note indicating that all grading will be in conformance with City of Tucson Development Standard 11-01. Provide a detail for the solid waste enclosure indicating 10 feet of clear space from side to side and from front to back. Provide the site address on the grading plan as well as a brief legal description. Provide specifications for the asphalt paving and subgrade. Provide cut and fill quantities on the grading plan. On the grading plan, indicate the treatment that will be used for the phase 2 building areas. Will the areas remain undisturbed or will they be graded and stabilized? If they are to be graded, provide pad grade information on the grading plan. Provide representative cross sections across property lines to show acceptance of off-site flow and grade continuity. Show contours for the areas within 25 feet of the project boundary. Clearly indicate the grading limits on the grading plan. The SWPPP plan is accepted for this project. When the permit application is re-submitted for approval, include three copies of the revised grading plan and three copies of the SWPPP. Include a detailed response letter indicating how each comment has been addressed.
