Based on the information provided to the Zoning Review section, there is insufficient documentation to determine if required parking is being removed to facilitate the installation of the proposed trash enclosure. Provide copy of the last approved site plan for zoning review. A site plan maybe required showing that there is sufficient parking available on site. It appears there may be non-conforming status associated with this site and the parking issues, therefore a discussion with the Zoning Administrator may be appropriate to determine if the non-conforming status would be effected by the proposed trash enclosure. 2. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.
