DRAINAGE REPORT IS APPROVED

1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal.

2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match.

3. Graphically indicate downspouts on sheet sd2. Provide appropriate erosion protection at the base of the down spout. Third request. DS 2-08.4.1.E.

4. In the cross section water harvesting area just west of the building, include the property line and dimension the width between the 5' sidewalk located in the ROW and the property line.

5. Provide the location of the property line and the dimension width between the property line and the sidewalk in detail sd 3. There is concern that the water harvesting area is too close to the sidewalk.

6. The scupper located on the east side of the structure is encroaching into the 5' pedestrian area. This is not approvable. The sidewalks must also be flood free for up to a ten-year event, scuppers will be required in this location. Revise the plan appropriately. Be sure the change is reflected on the site plan.

7. Provide on the grading plan the existing and proposed onsite to offsite discharge discussed in the drainage report, section 4.0. SMDDFM 12.5. This is the third request. The locations of each quantity must be shown on the plan.
