If you already have an NOI from ADEQ, put that in your SWPPP. It's one of the 1st things the Grading Inspector will look for. B. No location map (there's a nice divider and blue sheet, but, no map) C. Owner should sign certification. I realize that Contractor can't sign until a contract is issued. (Save some trees and have someone come down with the correct pages to insert into SWPPP) D. Getting a floodplain permit. |
