2. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

4. Page 6 - Fill in the data for the storm drain cleanouts.

5. Page 6 - Roof drains should not discharge onto the pedestrian circulation area.

6. Page 6 - Portions of the storm drain within the public drainage easement shall be of material acceptable to the City Engineer. Steel or corrugated metal pipe is not an acceptable material.

8. Page 12 - Please check the values for Concentration Point OS1 (see drainage report comments).

A Floodplain Use Permit application ($50 for application, + $150 for drainage report) is necessary. The grading permit will not be issued prior to approval of the floodplain permit.

Grading, hydrology, and landscape structural plans are to be integrated to make maximum use of site storm water runoff for supplemental on-site irrigation purposes. LUC 3.7.4.3.B

Revise the drainage design to allow for retention of stormwater in landscape basins.
