LUC 2.8.6.6.C 3) Revise the calculation for the NUOS area on NPPP-1 and ERZ-NPPO to correspond. The values differ on the current plans. 4) Revise the plat and associated plans to include include landscape easements for mitigation areas proposed on individual lots. Clarify maintenance plans and responsibilities. Include provisions for maintenance of the mitigation areas in the CC&R's. |
