Satellite dishes maybe black. White is not permitted." 3. Please provide written documentation from the Department of Urban Planning and Design indicating whether there are any protected peak and ridge areas within the subdivision boundary. I acknowledge that you have not shown any on your project. Per LUC 2.8.1.3.A, please note that a 300' setback line from any protected peak must be shown in all directions. 4.
