08/21/2006 | JOE LINVILLE | LANDSCAPE | REVIEW | Approv-Cond | The Landscape Section recommends approval at this time, subject to the following conditions. 1) Incorporate any required mitigation plantings for WASH, proposed WASH or proposed ERZ areas into the landscape plans for the subdivisions. Include summaries and show all plantings on the plans. Revised plans for Sierra Morado Unit 2 and Civano II will be required. 2) Revise the plans to show the existing trail on the west side of the Mesquite Ranch Wash and ensure that the mitigation plans are consistent with the existing path. The trail in question is the nature trail between the Mesquite Ranch Wash and the 12' Multi-Use Trail indicated in the exhibit. The mitigation plans appear to locate plantings in the carefully located nature route. 3) Revise the mitigation plans to provide 5 gallon size shrubs for mitigation. See the mitigation plans for crossings 5 & 6. |
