Silver Mosaic Drive Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone application TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 6, 2006 DUE DATE: November 27, 2006 COMMENTS: 1. This project is within the Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone (SCZ). Staff has reviewed this project for compliance with requirements of the SCZ, specifically outlined in LUC Section 2.8.2. The Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone submittal shall be incorporated as part of the site plan and that the sheets for that submittal shall be numbered as part of the site plan - in the event the site plan sheets are in any way different from the SCZ sheets. 2. (Per last review) Add the SCZ case number (T06SA00120) to the site plan, landscape/NPPO, and grading plans near the title block in the lower right hand corner of the sheets. RESPONSE: I see the case number, thank you. For reference, please state next to this case number that this case number is for the Scenic Corridor Overlay Application. 3) (Per last review) State the proposed height above grade for the elevated portion of the parking structure at its highest point above the ground. Dimension the distance of the parking structure from the edge of MS&R right-of-way for Silverbell Road. LUC 2.8.2.5 RESPONSE I see the height notations, thank you. For clarification, please state that the height is measured from grade to the top of the railing provided for the structure. Please include the following note: "Per LUC the structure in its entirety -at any point along the design grade - cannot be greater than 30 feet in height".
