1. Please include a detail letter of explanation with the next submittal indicating where and how revisions were made. Single word sentences are unacceptable. Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal.

2. In Title block, remove text "ENGINEERING LANDSCAPE ARCH".

3. Maps and Plats, Book and Page should be noted on cover sheet of subdivision street improvement plans. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval.

4. Administrative address for project should be on cover sheet of plans. Correct and revise.

5. Add note to General or Paving Notes: Pavement Section Design documentation, are in accordance to the approved Geotechnical Report, Report Name and Firm Name.

6. Add note to General or Paving Notes: Engineer of Record must provide written documentation that all utilities within the right of way have been cleared for construction.

7. Add note to General or Paving Notes: All changes to these plans must be approved by the City of Tucson City Engineer's Permits and Codes Unit, prior to construction.
8. Add note to General or Paving Notes: The Engineer of Record shall submit to the City for acceptance any changes to the approved plans prior to construction. Additionally, the Engineer of Record shall certify all changes meeting all applicable standards, codes, and ordinances.

9. Add note to General or Paving Notes: The PIA Inspector shall field verify that the "saw cut" line is located within competent pavement. Adjustments to the plan shall be documented and As-built; a one foot minimum shall be provided."

10. Replace note 13 to read: Contractor shall call Blue Stake as mandated by the Arizona Revised Statutes at 1-800-782-5348 before any construction begins to verify location of existing public utilities shown or not shown. Existing utility locations shown hereon are only approximate. It is the contractor's responsibility to confirm horizontal and vertical location of all utilities without damaging same. Damaged utilities shall be repaired at the contractor's expense.

11. Add note to General or Paving Notes: Signage and striping should be coordinated with Traffic Engineering and installed at no expense to the public. Call Traffic Engineering at 791-4259 prior to the installation or removal of striping and signage.

12. Hinge point of slope/basin must be a minimum of 2-foot from fight-of-way. (Slope on private side).

13. Sidewalk adjoining vertical curb should be discouraged, if allowed additional sidewalk width should be provided. A 2-foot minimum space is required from back of curb to sidewalk. Submit a copy of DSMR 06-27 indicating this development standard being modified.

14. Sheet 1, edit title(s) to read: Menlo Park Place, Westmoreland Lots 1-14. Indicate the Maps and Plats, Book & Page.

15. Sheet 1, General Note #1 should indicate recommended street structural. Correct and revise.

16. Sheet 1, General Note #17 should be removed unless a Floodplain Use Permit is required and issued by Development Services.

17. Sheet 2, Tweak plan drawing to be aligned in a horizontal position as per the redline as shown. Correct and revise.

18. Sheet 2, profiles shall indicate top of curb, gutter line, existing grade, finished grade. Correct and revise.

19. Sheet 3, Indicate a dimensioned detail of Sawcut, Trim, Tack & Join.

20. Sheet 3, Detail A is to be 52-feet wide. The proposed is 46-feet. Submit a copy of the DSMR indicating permission granted for this width.

21. Street structural detail should be in what is being recommended by the geotechnical report. Correct and revise.
