Single word sentences are unacceptable. Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal. 2. Sheet 1, add the word “OFF-SITE” to Title on cover sheet and in title block heading for all sheets. 3. Sheet 1, lightly shade in or hatch the proposed area. See redlines. 4. Sheet 2, General Note 30; is unacceptable. The following is acceptable: (only indicate that which applies); New irrigation facilities are permitted per the following guidelines: • Schedule 80 sleeving • Marking tape • Minimum 18 inch depth • Mark/stamp on curb - IS (Irrigation System) and/or placard at back of curb • Sleeves must be in a recorded easement (easement width is dependent on what is needed for installation and/or repairs). To the extent possible, the easements should be created at the time of development/platting. • Sleeve should extend beyond the right-of-way (into private property), unless otherwise approved by TDOT. • Minimize the number of easements/crossings of arterial and/or collector roadways. 5. Sheet 2, Dtl. 1 & Sht.4, Dtl. 1, Golf Links cross section requires a 3-foot space from back of curb as per the approved Tentative Plat. This 3-foot area must coincide with the approved tentative plat. Correct. 6. Previously commented: Sheet 3, Use a light pen weight for Private development/improvements. Correct and revise. 7. Sheet 3, Remove the solid hatching. Use the proposed asphalt symbol from the legend on sheet 1. 8. Sheet 3, 1st Plan view indicates Stationing not to be in numerical order. Correct. See redlines. 9. Sheet 3, 2nd Plan view; Indicate all flow arrows. Use a light pen weight or a light grey color line work for contour lines. 10. Sheet 3, Profile view; Relocate line work and text to fit on grid. Label existing and proposed line work. See redlines. 11. Sheet 3, Profile views; At each handicap ramp crossing point the ramps direct the pedestrians onto traffic in the roadway. The handicap ramps must align with each other where they cross the street. D.S.3-01.3.3.C Demonstrate a safe pedestrian design at these crossings. See redlines for suggested locations. 12. As previously stated again: Indicate a dimensioned detail for each type of curb access ramp to be built as part of the project must be shown. Truncated Domes required. 13. See redlines for other corrections. Once changes, modifications, and or corrections are made to the PIA plan resubmitted and reviewed, further comment may result.
