1. Please include a detail letter of explanation with the next submittal indicating where and how revisions were made. Single word sentences are unacceptable. Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal.

2. Sheet 1, Title block, remove text "ENGINEERING LANDSCAPE ARCH". Correct and revise.

3. Sheet 1, Remove one of the Sheet Index.

4. Submit a copy of the approved documentation: Development Services Modification Request, Rezoning and Residential Cluster Project.

5. The Geotechnical Report does not include pavement section and reference soil recommendation for public roads. Correct and revise.

6. Sheet 1, Indicate the most recent recordation information of the Maps and Plats, Book & Page. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval. Correct and revise.

7. Sheet 1, Indicate 7951 E. Golf Links Road to be the Administrative address. Correct and revise.

8. Sheet 2, Detail ½ a 5-foot wide bike lane is required. Correct and revise.

9. Sheet 2, Details 3/2 indicate percentage of compaction. Correct and revise.
10. Sheet 2, A road profile is required and must include Left, Center, Right, and the EOP of striped paved roadways. A road profile is needed for pavement widening projects (Deceleration/Acceleration lanes). Correct and revise.

11. Sheet 2, Indicate Plan and Profile information for west entrance of Dee Jay Loop to the east entrance of Dee Jay Loop. Correct and revise.

12. Sheet 2, Indicate the Begin Curb Return (BCR) and End Curb Return (ECR) for each curb return.

13. Sheet 2, Indicate the Beginning and Ending stationing, offset, and elevations for Sawcut, Trim, Tack & Join areas. Existing pavement thickness and surface treatment shall be matched. Include a dimensioned pavement structural detail of area. Correct and revise.

14. As previously stated; Sheet 2, use a light pen weight & dashed line to show existing trees and or vegetation. 1st submittal line weight is acceptable. Correct and revise.

15. As previously stated; Sheets 3 & 4, Plan View; Delineate 6-foot sidewalk area with symbol as per what is shown in the Legend of Sheet 1. Correct and revise.

16. As previously stated; Provide a Curve and Line data table for all proposed curves and lines. Correct and revise.

17. As previously stated; Sheet 2, Indicate Off-site discharge amount and direction to be accepted On-site as per the approved Drainage Report.

18. As previously stated; Show drainage flow arrows along improvements. Indicate symbol in Legend of Sheet 1.

19. Sheet 3, Keynote 5; remove the word "ALTERNATIVE". Correct and revise.

20. Sheet 3, Keynote 7; Should read, "Sawcut 2' Max. Trim, Tack and Join to Match Existing Pavement". Correct and revise.

21. Sheet 3, Keynote 10 indicates existing 4' conc. sidewalk to remain. 6-foot wide sidewalks are required. Correct and revise.

22. Sheet 3, Use a light pen weight for Private development/improvements. Correct and revise.

23. Sheet 3, Indicate Stationing along street centerlines for Public areas only. Correct and revise.

24. Sheets 3 & 4, Keynotes are to be consistent on every page. See Keynote 8 on sheets 3 & 4. Correct and revise.

25. Sheets 3 & 4, Profile area is to show existing grades at both right-of-way lines and centerline alignment. The new grades shall be shown at centerline and both top of curb and gutter, or at edge of pavement if no curb is to be constructed. All three control lines will show elevations, stationing, percent of grade and all necessary related profiles pertaining to existing sanitary sewers, storm sewers and utilities.

26. Sheet 4, Align Stationing in the Plan and Profile views. Correct and revise.

27. As previously stated; Indicate a dimensioned detail for each type of curb access ramp to be built as part of the project must be shown. Truncated Domes required.

28. Attach is a copy of the PIA Guidelines and Checklist. These items are required in order to have approval of plans.
