Any landscape work along Speedway needs to be cordinated with Paul Rosenboom of the Streets Department at 791-3154, ext 234. Single word sentences are unacceptable. Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal. 2. In title block, add assigned I-Plan Number, I-2006-080 to all sheets. 3. A copy of the approved documentation: Drainage Report, Geotechnical Report, DSMR, Rezoning, Tentative Plat, Development Plan, P.A.D., WASH Ordinance, and ERZ approvals as applicable. 4. A Geotechnical Report is required for submittals and must include pavement section and reference soil recommendation for public roads. 5. Recordation information of Maps and Plats, Book and Page must be noted on cover sheet of subdivision street improvement plans. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval. 6. Sheet 1, relocate Vicinity map to upper right hand corner. 7. Sheet 1, Benchmark Data should read; Basis of Elevation. Correct and revise. 8. Sheet 1, Paving Note 3; Indicate mix type to be used. Correct and revise. 9. Sheet 1, Paving Note 13 should read; The PIA Inspector shall verify that the "saw cut" line is located within competent pavement. Adjustments to the plan shall be documented and As-built; a one foot minimum shall be provided. 10. Sheet 1, remove text information "Estimated off-site quantities, As-built certification, and Utilities contact list". 11. Sheet 2, Legend indicates Existing Contours, which are called out in the Plan view. The elevations shown do not coincide with the NAVD 88 elevations. Correct elevations to match the projection NAVD 88 as noted on Sheet 1, Benchmark Data. Correct and revise. 12. Sheet 2, Indicate Beginning & Ending Stationing and Offset information for Sawcut, Trim, Tack & Join call out. See redlines. 13. Sheet 2, Indicate Stationing, Offset, Elevation, End of Off-site information. See redlines for information. 14. Engineer of Record must provide written documentation that all utilities within the right of way have been cleared for construction. 15. Indicate all recordation information such as easements, dedications, Right-of-way. Existing pedestrian and utility easements should be shown on plan view with labels as to being public or private with docket/page or plat book/page. 16. Hinge point of slope/basin must have a minimum of 2 foot from right-of-way. (Slope on private side). D.S. 11-09.3 17. Existing pavement thickness and surface treatment shall be matched. 18. When numerous pavement cuts are performed or where extensive pavement areas are disturbed in existing roadways additional surface treatments will be required. 19. No private utilities, irrigation or backflow preventors are allowed in right-of-way. 20. Differing structural pavement sections on plan shall be specific to each street affected. Include a dimensioned pavement structural section for each. Indicate Mix # / Effective air voids (Per SSPI), 5.5% MSR, 4.0% Local. 21. A dimensioned detail for each type of curb access ramp to be built as part of the project must be shown. Truncated Domes required. 22. A dimensioned detail for each type of sidewalk structure to be built as part of the project must be shown. 23. See redlines for other corrections that were not commented. |
