The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Sheet 2, Curb Access Detail: Revise as noted on red lined plan set. 2. An easement will have to be provided for the proposed retaining wall footers along Julian Crossing Way. Maintenance access should also be included in the easement. 3. Sheet 3: Provide complete right and left roadway profiles for Julian Crossing Way. Include all pertinent information. Additionally, label roadway cross slope transitions. 4. Provide a hydraulic analysis supporting the proposed storm drain across Julian Crossing Way at Sta. +/- 20+40 and the storm drain and catch basin between Sta. +/- 18+70 and 19+00, RT (Julian Crossing Way). These storm drains have not been addressed in the submitted drainage report. 5. Sheet 7: Provide a double pipe RCBC penetration detail, include dimensions. 6. Sheet 7, Detail D: Provide footer for the proposed cut-off wall. Additionally, the cut-off wall must extend to the calculated design scour depth. 7. Provide a retaining wall penetration detail for the pipe culvert crossing at 22+83 (Julian Crossing Way). Additionally, scour protection will be required for the culvert outlet. 8.
