The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Indicate book and page on cover sheet. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval. 2. Include the plan number "I-2006-073" in title blocks. 3. Provide the projects administrative address on cover sheet. 4. If a flood plain use permit was issued for this project please include FUP# in general notes. "Floodplain Use Permit No._______, has been issued by Development Services Department for work impacting City and/or FEMA Floodplains." 5. Submit a copy of the geotectecnical report supporting the proposed pavement structural sections. 6. Indicate the limits of the proposed return headers at the proposed roadway intersections with Silverbell Road. 7. Will the proposed roadway intersections with Silverbell Road alter flows in the shoulder of the road? 8. Sheet 2 & 3: Provide stationing, offsets and elevations for the proposed edge of pavement on roadway profile. 9. Sheet 3: indicate vertical scale. 10.
