09/11/2006 | LANCE PETERSON | DOT STREET MAINTENANCE | REVIEW | Denied | We have reviewed these plans and have the following comments: 1. Sheet 1 - There are two Streets and Traffic Maintenance signature lines on sheet 1. Please remove the one that is not in the title block. 2. Sheet 2 - Cross Sections C & D - Is there any proposed landscape work as part of this project? If there is, please contact Paul Rosenboom at 791-5279 ext 234 for review and coordination. 3. Sheet 3 - 6 - There appear to be new curb access ramps called out on these sheets. These new ramps should have a detail, or call out our standard detail. Also, truncated domes need to be specified in place of the tactile grooves. 4. Sheet 3 - 6 - Note 5 - This note references STD Detail 211 and should call out STD Detail 203. 5. Sheet 3 - The finished surface elevation at approximately station 19+20 appears to be high. This may create a ponding problem. No further comments. 9/11/06 |
