SUBJECT: Gracious Estates, PIA Plan T06PI0039

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, Senior Engineering Associate Permits and Codes Section

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal.

1. Indicate book and page on cover sheet. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval.

2. Sheet 1: Provide DSMR number in note 43.

3. Sheet 3: Indicate inlet invert for the proposed 24" storm drain across Gracious Court.

4. Sheet 3: Provide a headwall for the outlet of the proposed 24" storm drain across Gracious Court.

5. Sheet 3: Provide a sidewalk scupper per PC/COT standards instead of a depressed curb opening at ± Station 15+75, 16 RT (Gracious Court).

6. Provide a profile of the proposed 24" storm drain across Gracious Court.

7. Clarify elevations called out for the headwall Indicate inlet invert for the proposed 24" storm drain across Gracious Court.

8. Indicate/provide slopes and slope treatments for the proposed cut and fill slopes in right-of-way.

9. Provide a headwall at the inlet and outlet of the proposed stormdrain in the cul-du-sac of Wildlife Drive.

10. Provide a sidewalk scupper per PC/COT standards instead of a depressed curb opening in the cul-du-sac of Wildlife Drive.

11. Sheet 6, Detail A & C: A minimum of 2' must be provided between the property line and the top of the slope any drainage channel.

12. Sheet 7, Detail L: Per PC/COT S.D. 108 a minimum of 1' 3" must be provided between the proposed storm drains.
