The following items must be revised or added to the plan. 1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. 2. Re-stripe Silverbell Road at the two proposed intersections of Kiley CT/Silverbell Rd, and Gracious CT/Silverbell Rd per PCDOT & TDOT Pavement Marking Design Manual Chapter 3-3 and 5-1(refer to the minor street with no striping in section 5-1) 3. Install two R1-1 "Stop Signs" with street names at the two proposed roadways entering this development off of Silverbell Road per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) Chap 5-11, 5-12, and Chap 9-2. 4. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Indicate book and page on cover sheet. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval. 2. Include the plan number "I-2006-068" in title blocks. 3. Provide the projects administrative address on cover sheet. 4. Include in the general notes information/details for all DSMRs issued for this project. 5. If a flood plain use permit was issued for this project please include FUP# in general notes. "Floodplain Use Permit No._______, has been issued by Development Services Department for work impacting City and/or FEMA Floodplains." 6. Provide a pavement structural detail for the proposed roadways, include mix number. 7. Submit a copy of the geotectecnical report supporting the proposed pavement structural sections. 8. Provide a signature line for Pima County DOT on the cover sheet. Pima County DOT must review and approve improvements within Pima County's jurisdiction of Wild Life Drive. 9. Indicate the limits of the proposed return headers at the proposed roadway intersections with Silverbell Road. 10. Will the proposed roadway intersections with Silverbell Road alter existing drainage patterns? Have the flows been identified. Have the additional flows from the proposed roadways been accounted for? 11. Indicate that all pedestrian refuge areas will be compacted to a minimum of 95% of the maximum density. 12. Remove contour lines for plan views. 13. The proposed intercept channels along Kiley Court and Wild Life Drive must be located outside of the public right-of-way (ROW) with the top-of -slope being a minimum of two (2) feet away from R/W line. Additionally, these channels should be encumbered by a private drainage easement with the maintenance being the responsibility of the homeowners association. 14. Sheet 2: Grades shown in Cul-de-sac of Kiley Court conflict with grades shown in detail P/8. 15. Sheet 2: Provide additional details on how flows captured in the intercept channel along Kiley Court will be discharged into the Silverbell Road right-of-way. Are these flows going to be discharged at their pre-developed location? What type of erosion protection will be provided? 16. Sheet 2: Provide a keynote for the pavement joint requirements at Kiley Court and Silverbell Road. 17. Sheet 3: Flows from the south side of Gracious Court must be conveyed beneath the roadway as indicated in the approved drainage report. Provide all details for this structure. 18. Sheet 4: Provide all details for connecting the proposed roadway (Wild Life Dr.) to the existing roadway of Wild Life Drive. Show existing roadway infrastructure. The connection will have to be approved by Pima County Department of Transportation. 19. Sheet 5: Provide additional details for the intersection of the emergency access road and Silverbell Road. 20. Sheet 6, Indicate that all slopes 3:1 and greater require grouted rip rap and slopes less than 3:1 require hydro-seed. 21. Sheet 6: Indicate the ROW limits on cross sections details. 22.
