The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. The Basis of elevation must be referenced to a benchmark listed in a City of Tucson (COT) field book. 2. A flood plain use permit will be required for the placement of the storm drain across the Golf Links Road driveway. Per Chapter 26 of the COT code any development within a regulatory floodway, flows exceeding 100 cfs, requires a flood plain use permit. Contact the City of Tucson, Development Services Department for additional information. Reference Floodplain us number on cover sheet. 3. Provide stationing, offsets and elevations for all the proposed improvements (beginning and ending of proposed curbs, ECR, BCR, drainage structures, curb openings, Etc.). 4. Provide all details (inverts, pipe lengths and etc.) for the proposed slotted drain relocation on this plan set. Additionally, reference the slotted drain details (J/12) in the plan view. 5. Sheet 3 & 4: The centerline station labeling for Golf Links Road is incorrect. Stations on centerline do not match stations on plan view. 6. Sheet 3 & 4: Correct page references, see redlined plans. 7. Sheet 4: Stationing for Swan Road must be based off of stationing shown on cover sheet. 8. Provide cutoff wall details for the proposed headwalls for the storm drain across the Golf Links Road driveway. 9. Sheet 4: Reference the cross section (detail 3/9) for the storm drain across the Golf Links Road driveway in the plan view. 10. Per City of Tucson drafting standards and per typical industry engineering standards the roadway profile must be horizontally aligned with the plan view and stations labeled on profile for beginning and ending of proposed curbs, ECR, BCR, drainage structures, curb openings, Etc.
